Erin: Glad to be with you, Spiffy! In order to be “it,” young girls need to see “it.” Women only hold 8% of the CEO roles, and, as such, leadership paths aren’t visible for the next generation. It is the conversations happening outside the boardroom that so often determine who gets a seat in that boardroom. We need to get more women into those seats—into the flow of information, allocating the money, and taking the business risks. And that’s where learning to think, strategize, and compete like a winning poker player becomes a game changer.
Luke: Great to be here, Spiffy! Voltpost’s mission is to allow everyone to own electric vehicles by providing electric vehicle charging in every community. Transportation makes up a dominant portion of greenhouse gas emissions. To save the planet, we need to make sure that all vehicles are electric. The biggest reason people don’t is that they don’t know where to charge it. Voltpost turns lamp posts into electric vehicle chargers, empowering people to charge anywhere and tackle climate change in the process.

Claire: Glad to be with you, Spiffy! Aunt Flow is on a mission to ensure every person has access to free, high-quality period products. It’s safe to say that most menstruators have had the experience of getting their period in public unexpectedly without a tampon or pad on hand. We shouldn’t have to rely on those clunky, coin-operated dispensers because let’s face it: who carries a quarter around these days? Pads and tampons should be offered for free anyways, just like toilet paper is. BOTH are necessities. I want to ensure that no one ever has to worry about having access to period products, and that’s the challenge we’re addressing at Aunt Flow.
