Burk Gravis: Giving Opportunities to Young People through Sport
Burk: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! First and foremost, we aim to give every youngster the opportunity to participate in 29 sports and achieve whatever their ambitions are. We also provide opportunities to gain coaching qualifications and work experience, which then lead to employment part-time and eventually full-time. Additionally, we have developed a structure that can lead them to a role as an ambassador, where they gain confidence and experience in becoming the future of sport and ensuring healthy lifestyles.

Jen Ching: Improving Health Care Access for LGBTQ+ Individuals Everywhere

Jen Ching: Improving Health Care Access for LGBTQ+ Individuals Everywhere
Jen: Thanks for having me, Spiffy! Everyone deserves to be healthy and happy, no matter who they love or how they identify. But sometimes, people who are in the LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer) community struggle and face issues in accessing health care that others do not. They may be afraid to go to the doctor because they are worried they will be judged, treated differently, and.just not receive good care. Because of this, they may avoid seeking help when they need it, which can lead to more issues over time. Sadly, LGBTQ+ people are more likely to experience mental health issues like depression and anxiety as well as lifelong illnesses like HIV/AIDS. At LVNDR, our mission is for every LGBTQ+ individual to be able to access the care they need to live full and happy lives.

Bendi solves this lack of supply chain knowledge problem with artificial intelligence that maps millions of data points of suppliers. Additionally, Bendi gathers information from local and national news, industry bodies and NGOs, legal cases, and social media to monitor risks related to suppliers in order to alert companies when human rights and environmental issues occur.
