InclusionZ is on a mission to “make the world a more inclusive place for Generation Z.” PEW Research has highlighted that ”Generation Z is the most diverse generation yet,” since an estimated 40% identify with ethnic minority backgrounds. Yet, many corporations struggle to connect with diverse and youthful audiences. I created InclusionZ as a solution that pushes companies to value diversity and inclusion as a critical factor. It really promotes social impact and business transformation.
