Hey, gang! Spiffy here, back with the scoop on the changemaking leaders of Planet Earth. As the only interplanetary journalist stationed on this blue planet, I’m thrilled to present this galactic exclusive with Sandy Lin, co-founder and CEO of Creobase. Let’s see what she is doing to make a positive impact in the world.
Spiffy: Thanks for joining me, Sandy! Tell me, what challenge are you addressing through your organization?
Sandy: Glad to be with you, Spiffy! The challenge that Creobase is addressing through its platform is the difficulty that content creators face in finding and managing brand partnerships. Creobase aims to simplify the process by providing a platform for creators to find brand contact information, automate partnership management, and track ongoing deals. This helps creators ensure a more stable income stream from brand partnerships, as they can focus on producing content while Creobase handles the time-consuming tasks of outreach and deal management.
Spiffy: That sounds very useful. What motivates you to tackle this challenge?
Sandy: I have been a full content creator for two and a half years now. It all started when I created my TikTok channel, @bysandylin, in 2020 during my senior year of college. It quickly grew from zero to 300K+ followers in 6 months. Upon graduation, I decided to take a leap of faith and do content creation full-time rather than taking a nine to five job. As a full-time content creator myself, I understand the challenges of the inconsistent income streams. My personal motivation for creating Creobase is to help fellow creators like myself achieve financial stability by streamlining the outreach and deal management process.
Spiffy: Wow, quite the motivation! How would you describe the impact of your work?
Sandy: Creobase enables content creators to increase their productivity, creativity, and overall performance by automating and streamlining their workflow. By providing a solution that saves time and effort, Creobase empowers content creators to maximize their earning potential and achieve their goals in the digital world.
Spiffy: Amazing! Tell me about a recent milestone or initiative by you or your organization. What impact does that make?
Sandy: Our most recent milestone was receiving feedback from a content creator who credited Creobase with saving her content creation career. After quitting her job in 2022 to focus on content creation, she struggled with inconsistent income from brand deals and contemplated returning to a nine to five job. However, after using Creobase for just two months, she was able to secure over $12,000 in brand partnerships. This success demonstrates how Creobase can help content creators achieve financial stability and pursue their creative passions full-time.
